Our recruitment process is rigorous, ensuring that all of our security professionals have the skills, temperament, and experience to fit the solutions we provide. Our recruits are also given in-depth training that exceeds the minimum industry standards.
All LPA protection officers project authority, professionalism, and confidence. Our uniforms closely resemble those of law enforcement, including a metal badge, brass name tag, shoulder patches, and their appropriate rank. LPA protection officers are required to wear a full duty belt, including handcuffs, flashlight, and communications. Qualified officers may also carry a firearm, O.C. (pepper) spray, an electronic weapon, and/or an expandable baton.
